As a condition of doing business with us, we expect our partners to operate in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and to uphold fundamental human rights and ethical labor practices. We have incorporated a Code of Conduct to outline our expectations for suppliers and contractors. We provide this document to all suppliers and contractors.

2. Audits

Grand Prairie Foods reserves the right to conduct audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards related to human rights, labor practices, and ethical sourcing. Currently, audits are not conducted, but we may choose to do so if the need arises.

3. Supplier Certification

Grand Prairie Foods requires suppliers to comply with all applicable laws regarding labor, human rights, worker safety, and ethical business practices. Supplier evaluation may include internal assessments, review of supplier policies, and analysis of geographic and industry-related risk factors.

4. Internal Accountability

Grand Prairie Foods maintains internal policies and standards that address ethical conduct, legal compliance, and labor practices. Upon hire, Grand Prairie Foods requires all employees to acknowledge receipt and understanding of the standards set forth by the Employee Handbook.
