Our new, growing product lines need to have a smoothly operating Packaging and Mixing machines. This is a 1st shift opening.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Production Equipment
- Responsible for achieving machine uptime goals
- Coordinate equipment improvements with Maintenance and Process Teams
- Execute Equipment Changeovers
- Perform maintenance to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtimes
- Analyze and determine the root cause of equipment downtime
- Support Team Lead in Work Cell operations
- Train new Team members of specific duties and machine safety
Skills Requirement:
- Be a Leader with LOTO and all safety programs
- Basic Light industrial skills and machine troubleshooting skills
- Tell good jokes when running the machine!
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
