At Grand Prairie Foods, quality is a part of who we are. We take every measure to ensure that our products are not only delicious but exceed industry standards. We hold ourselves to the highest standards to be the best in the industry. All three of our facilities are level 3 SQF (Safe Quality Food) certified and nut free, and two facilities are USDA inspected.

We have our own proprietary bread recipe, John Dough bread, a scratch mix recipe that we prepare on site. The delicious flavor of our bread compliments the many different sandwiches we build.

Grand Prairie Foods also has flexible manufacturing processes for product development. We specialize in customizing your sandwich to meet your customer’s liking. From the cheese to the eggs or even applewood smoked bacon, the options are endless.
