Responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of kettle and mixing machines. Work within a team to make are variety of sauces and fillings for our products. This position has a 3:30 p.m. start time.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
- Operate large volume kettles and mixers.
- Set up and operate production equipment
- Ability to constantly follow recipes accurately and without deviations.
- Complete and maintain production and quality reports.
- Analyze and determine the root cause of equipment downtime
- Train new Team members on specific duties and machine safety
Requirements:
- Work within all GMP, SQF and safety programs
- Basic light industrial skills and machine troubleshooting skills
- Ability to accurately use scales and thermometers
- Have good math skills.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Have careful attention to detail to ensure our products come out correct and consistent
